*Sunday, July 11, 2004* so its literary evening on friday. how nice.
i met lyna outside sch twice and i decided to ignore her both times. well, her friends were there and i guess i wouldn't like to encounter them. actually, i think that i do not know how to speak properly. so perhaps i gave others the image that i do not like to speak, so that i could mask this fact. i rather have someone saying that spoon doenst like to speak than spoon speaks lousily. hmmph. literary evening is fun. first the plays, then the movie. by the end of the performances by various classes, i was already betting with matt that 2e1 would win. in fact i think that 2e1's play was far more superior than the rest. haha. and so they won. then there's the movie screening. spirited away. yucks. the sound quality sucks. and i was worrying about the canvas screen because it seems that i did not put much effort into tying the canvas properly. oop. of course what happens after that affected me even more. i told her i could see her home and she did say that i could see her home. she said that she was at the interchange. i ran there. i spotted my classmate. i looked around. nope, she wasnt there. i was saying, my god she had already left. sad. i messaged her, hoping that she would reply. however, she didnt. she left me waiting desperately for an hr. and after that, her message came. it read "im at home already. dun need u already". Damn. So i met dixon on my way to the memorable as well as painful 853 bus stop. and theres him, his friend and his friend. so he had 2 friends with him. one was a male and the other was a female. It was the first time i interacted with strangers. friend's friend. hmmph. not bad. im quite impressed by myself. while on the bus, i asked her where she lived and where she was alighting. haha. there, i'm proud of myself. so this fine day ended like this. but i'm proud of myself. haha. Saturday: boredom. morning:jogged afternoon:winning eleven 7. evening: hey it wasnt that bad. i went out to orchard road alone. i found books on financial security and so i decided to read them because i had nothing to do. there was this very well thought out way to financial security;saving a dollar a day. the book said that if one saved a dollar a day and invested it in a mutual fund, this would lead to a million in 45 years. interesting isnt it. but again, doubtful, isnt it? at night, it was dinner with my good friend, my schoolmate, my soulmate, my crapping partner at my favourite restaurant. Ban Leong Wah Hoe. heyhey! fried rice was good. u see, my good friend was a female, and his dad unintentionally met us by chance over there. that's scary because her dad wasnt so much of an amiable person. whew. nothing happened. so the night went on with us just speaking to each other. The next morning, training for NCC day parade. yuck! sad. waking up was a big task. anyway, training was boring. i got to find out that she din haf a boyfren anyway. now thats gd. sob.bitter tea leaves. | |
