kiat. actually i didnt want to blog about it one. dun blame me. is you tell me to blog one.

on saturday, kiat and I went to killiney for tea and then we went to ps's carrefour to shop. We spent like an hour there looking for our stuffs. That's not the point. The point is, kiat cooked dinner for us. We bought pork chops, a steak, baby potatoes with mayo and bacon bits and baked beans.

Sounds delicious? Actually, the pork chop that kiat cooked was as hard as stone, slightly saltier than sea water on the outside and as bland as plain water on the inside. WAH PIANG. Kiat, you need more practice. I don't know how was kiat's steak. But I gave the pork chops 1.5/10. But commendable efforts la. 9/10. Don't use 5spices powder for seasoning of western food cause it sucks abit badly. U really really really need to have hua diao jiu as seasoning. Then use lots of black pepper. Then cook with slow fire. Should do ok next time.

Kiat, I don't care le. U r coming to my hse next sat for dinner.
